Eli's Move to Myrtle Grove

Eli's obituary states that "Mr. Southerland was born in Duplin County, but had lived at Myrtle Grove for 45 years."

This would mean he moved there in approximately 1886.

Lucy English Bonham

Mary English Southerland's sister.

I only know of two cemeteries called "English Cemetery" in Duplin County. One is that cemetery in the middle of the field near Hanchey's Store. I have a listing for it, and there are no Bonhams there. Madison Francis English is buried there. He was Lucy and Mary's half-brother. He was also the informant on this death certificate. He died in 1946.

The other "English Cemetery" is supposed to be on Stokestown Road. I do not have a listing for that one. If Lucy is buried there, then there should be other English family members there.
